What kind of silk do you use?
Our pieces are made in silk twill, charmeuse and crepe de chine. Most are 100% silk, and some include 7% elastane for ease. Each product lists its exact composition.
How do I care for silk?
Depending on the garment, some silk styles can be gently hand washed in cool water and dried flat. We recommend dry cleaning to best preserve the natural sheen of our charmeuse and satin pieces. Machine washing and tumble drying aren't recommended, as they can cause pulling, damage to the weave or shrinkage.
Are the prints exclusive to LeDoré?
Yes. Our prints are hand-drawn or created exclusively by our founder and custom-printed for LeDoré.
Do you ship within New Zealand and overseas?
Yes. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from Auckland, and we ship worldwide. Free NZ shipping applies over $200.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days to request a return, exchange or credit. Items must be unworn with original tags. Customised and made-to-order pieces can't be returned unless faulty.
