What is LeDoré jewellery made from?
Most pieces are 18k gold-plated recycled brass. Some, like the Edie and Carrington, are gold-plated stainless steel. Every piece is engraved with the LeDoré logo.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned once worn unless they are faulty. Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days.
How should I care for gold-plated jewellery?
Each LeDoré jewellery piece arrives in a velvet pouch that doubles as a polishing cloth. Use it to clean your piece and preserve its shine. Keep your LeDoré jewellery away from perfume, moisturiser and other liquids, as these can wear down the 18k gold plating over time.

Yes. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from Auckland, and we ship worldwide. Free NZ shipping applies over $200.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days to request a return, exchange or credit. Items must be unworn with original tags. Customised and made-to-order pieces can't be returned unless faulty.
